GAME RULES
  1. All questions will be based on RateGain’s Demand-AI Airline Travelers Forecast – Industry’s only AI-powered forecast on travelers expected to arrive at a destination in the next 90 days, segmented by source markets.

  2. You can only enter the contest once for any two cities – any repeat entries for the same would not be considered. You are allowed to enter for the contest for a new set of cities next week.

  3. For each match, the answers will be revealed at the end of the week on RateGain’s social handles (LinkedIn).

  4. The winner would be decided based on the accuracy of their answers and in case of a tie would be sent a tie breaker question over email.

1. By signing up for the Demand Premier League contest (“Contest”), you agree to be bound by these DPL Terms.

    In the event a user signs up for the Contest, the user hereby agrees that participation in the Contest shall be subject to the terms and conditions below:

  1. Participation in the Contest is open to users aged eighteen (18) years and above.
  2. Only one participation per match is allowed.
  3. The Contest will commence from Nov 17, 2022.
  4. The winner would be decided based on the accuracy of their answers and in case of a tie would be sent a tie breaker question over email.
  5. The user acknowledges that once the prediction is entered / confirmed, the user will not be able to change the answer. The results of the predictions shall reflect on the RateGain Platform within twenty-four (24) hours from the end time of the respective weekly competition.
  6. The winner would be decided based on the accuracy of their answers and in case of a tie would be sent a tie breaker question over email.
  7. The user acknowledges that RateGain disclaims all responsibility and liability associated with the Coupon, including without limitation, any warranties associated with the Coupon and/or additional costs associated with the Coupon and its redemption.
  8. The Contest is subject to force majeure circumstances including without limitation, floods, natural disasters, war, act of terror, political unrests, technical snags, act of God or any circumstance beyond the reasonable control of RateGain (“Force Majeure Event”). RateGain shall be not liable for any delay or adverse effect caused to the participants in the Contest including the winners as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
  9. The user acknowledges and agrees that the Coupon is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and not redeemable for purposes other than in accordance with the redemption terms and conditions of a particular Coupon, and the Coupon cannot be withdrawn in the form of money.
  10. The Contest is valid for a limited period only, subject to the sole discretion of RateGain.

2. By participating in the Contest, you give RateGain and/or its affiliates permission and consent to use your name, company name, designation as such may be embodied in any video recordings, audiotapes, digital images and the like, taken or made in relation to the Contest.
