HappyEasyGo wanted to improve real-time inventory synchronization and implement dynamic pricing for its online customers. It also had a requirement of automating error-prone manual hotel mapping processes. The overall goal was to streamline the channel management systems to achieve improved efficiency, visibility, and reliability, ultimately leading to revenue maximization.
