Zainab, a prominent advocate for transgender rights and a petitioner in landmark legal cases in India, brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to the team. Her current role as Chief – Inclusion and Diversity – at Pernod Ricard India, along with her previous experience as Director – Diversity and Inclusion – at KPMG, highlights her extensive expertise in DE&I.

Zainab’s dedication to DEIB, health, and social development issues, coupled with her active involvement in various national councils and committees, makes her an invaluable asset to RateGain in their ongoing DEIB journey.

In the three months since its launch, RGForALL has made remarkable progress with the successful initiation of our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) – SHE, PRISM, and ME.

  • SHE@RG: The ERG has launched ‘SheLeads’, a development program designed to nurture a diverse leadership pipeline, recognizing the value of gender diversity in leadership roles.
  • PRISM: The LGBTQIA+ community is actively working on a series of impactful initiatives, demonstrating its commitment to creating an inclusive environment for all.
  • ME@RG: This ERG continues to promote engagement and advancement among our multicultural and ethnically diverse team members, fostering a workplace where diversity is celebrated.

The ERGs have seen robust participation, with over 20% of the workforce engaging across all three programs.

RateGain is now gearing up to launch its ERGs in Europe and the US, with Co-Chairs already appointed and the nomination process for allies currently open, underscoring its commitment to global diversity and inclusion.
