I have been associated with RateGain for more than a decade and
that has provided me an opportunity to understand the hotel and
travel industries to the core. I have spent time with leaders in
hospitality to understand the problems that this industry faces from
a grass-root level. My interactions with them have given me insight
into the success metrics and strategies a lot of hotels follow these
days. I’m a keen observe and a problem solver, and that makes me
come up with and invest my time in various solutions that have the
potential to bring about a change in this industry.
