We are proud to see this culture recognized once again, with our ranking improving from #97 in 2024 to #77 in 2025. It’s more than a number. It’s a symbol of our collective momentum, driven by purpose and people.
When we began this journey back in 2017, the goal wasn’t ratings and trophies. It was a transformation. We started with a simple but profound focus: listen more, learn deeply, and create a space built on trust and empathy. That foundation still shapes us today.
Our culture at RateGain doesn’t flow from the top, it emerges from the lived experiences of RGites. Whether it’s a Pride celebration, a wellness initiative, or a parenting workshop, our people create the rhythm of life here. And as their needs evolve, so do we.
Leadership at RateGain is now rooted in inclusion. DEI isn’t a separate initiative; it’s embedded in every region, every team, and every conversation. Employee Resource Groups like SHE@RG, RGPRISM, and ME@RG aren’t just groups, they’re the pulse of our people-first philosophy, driving dialogue and change.
We’ve seen real progress in advancing gender diversity. The SheLeads program has expanded globally, and our hiring data tells a powerful story: female representation jumped from 23% in Q1 to 41% in Q3. This shift is underpinned by gender-neutral policies and inclusive infrastructure, ensuring everyone feels at home, regardless of who they are or where they work.
Supporting well-being is no longer optional; it’s essential. Tools like YourDOST offer emotional support around the clock, while Friday Forums and wellness sessions provide safe spaces for expression, reflection, and recovery.
But RateGain isn’t just listening to the present, it’s building for the future. Our approach to AI adoption, which we call “AI & I,” is centered on empathy, not efficiency alone. AI here doesn’t replace people, it amplifies their potential. Whether it’s our AI-powered teammate REMO providing real-time insights, or the AXIS Council promoting digital literacy across the organization, we’re making innovation inclusive.
The results speak for themselves: faster development cycles, reduced prototyping time, and thousands saved through automation. Yet the real win is not in the numbers, it’s in the confidence and creativity that AI unlocks in every RGite.

As we celebrate this recognition, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to every RGite and to our leadership team for their continued belief in our vision. Every milestone we’ve achieved is the result of countless contributions, of people who’ve led with empathy, acted with integrity, and shaped our culture with intention.
A special word of appreciation goes out to our 97 RGites who have stood with RateGain for over 10 years. These individuals are more than long-tenured employees, they are the foundation of our journey, having walked with us through thick and thin. Their loyalty, resilience, and deep commitment to our purpose have played a vital role in building the culture we are proud of today.
