First thing, I would say cloud technology, although it’s not the main focus. I see that Indonesia’s cloud technology is still one trend hoteliers should focus on. Many hotels are still using old legacy technology. Secondly, I think artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning will play an important role in the hotel industry to analyze the data and provide personalized experiences to customers. And thirdly, I would say for new hotel development, it would be the Internet of Things (IoT) to also embrace the Gen Z customer segment in the future. Thank you.
